Just patched the inner tube on Pen's 125 enduro bike.
How long would you trust a repair?
Or should I get a new inner tube?
Ta
Can't get one here so will have to come from UK

I'd plan on getting a new tube when it needs a new tyre...maybe. If a repair was working I just reused the tube.

Especially in a dry environment I wouldn't be worrying about a patch unless I knew I was cackhanded when I fixed it

Tubes are cheap. I always keep a spare set and change them, plus have a look at the rim rubber too.

If you’re not riding far from home, it doesn’t matter too much.
Otherwise, fit a new tube.

I know that ( in theory at least) you will never see this unless someone quotes me as for some unknown reason to me I've been on your favourites list forever- But to answer your question, I'd trust a patch repair forever ( or until it failed, whichever came soonest

) - especially on an off-roader.
Seriously though, we patch tubes all the time on our " enduro' rides, never had a repair fail yet, and some of us ( Don

) has tubes with 4 or more patches on .
I wouldn't give it a second thought TBH

I'm more paranoid about rim tape condition and nipple corrosion than a patch. If it holds air the first time it's fine
