I need a VPN for a few days. Never used them before so a bit green.
Loads out there and not sure which to trust.

Is it best to use on phone or laptop ?

Prefer one with a short free trial period.

Proton was good. I used it for six month for IPTV but limited countries you can use. I am now paying IPVanish what have been excellent for two years come September.

NordVPN is what my mates use. All of them rave about it.

I use this one, it came bundled with something else I pay for and seems pretty good.

Been with Nord VPN for well over a year now. absolutely no problems at all with it. Would definitely recommend them. Used it on PC, Firestick and on a router. Good reliable speeds and some good configuration options if you want them, or a quick and easy installation.

I was going to post exactly the same question for my Europe trip starting next month. For years I've been seeing Youtubers with discount codes but now I want a VPN its all gone quiet.

Does anyone know of any discount codes/free trial periods?

The one I posted has a free trail and it works well on Windows and Android. If you want it to spoof your location for video streaming many streaming companies block VPN servers so it may not work.

Nordvpn for me as well. I don't use it a huge amount but when I've needed it, it's been good.

I looked at a few and didn't feel 100% comfortable.
Then realised that McAfee has a VPN included, so activated that.
