Hello and welcome.

For a BMW F900R front fender? Specially showing the bolt distance and hole dimensions as well as the angle of the fork?
I am sure I had one of these in my archive of front fender dimensions and angles diagrams.
How is this? Looks like the right one to me.

Dimensionally, it needs to be in milliinches and degrees of dangle to be of any use.

I doubt it would be much use even if you could open it. Pony isn't generally known as a fender specialist.
For something so specific though I'd try the various BMW forums. A quick Google brings up things like BMW MOA in the USA and there are similar others. I know when I had an R1150GS various people on forums had downloads of tech manuals or had them on CD and it sounds like that's the sort of thing you need.
