At times we have too much stuff and not enough space. Part of the reason for this is that a lot of the stuff sits on the floor. So i'm trying to clear some floor by getting stuff stacked a bit more...
This is the start of the plan. A stackable toolbox that i'm really hoping can combine the 2 toolboxes i have that take up the bit behind the seats into a taller but less bulky version.

Good looking design there as everything is accessible while it is all stacked. There are loads of designs out there where you have to take everything apart before you can access the contents which is somewhat daft.

That looks like very good value for the money.

I have the same one, used it for the racing and track days.

Yeah sadly it didn't really bring anything to the party. It helped in a bit of a way in terms of organising stuff, but in truth made the packing/loading/kit slightly more difficult actually in the van.
I've been trying a dozen different configurations but sadly none really seems to give much help.
The only real plus was that it meant i completely stripped and organised the 2 other toolboxes so that's made things a lot nicer and easier to find things in them.

One thing I'm wary of is having a load of weight thats liable to clattering me in the back of the head if I crash.
I've got a bulkhead with a window in it and most of my tools in a toolsafe which is bolted to the floor.
Thats not everything but most of it's pretty secured and not liable to fly around.

Wasn't an issue for me as I've got a full standard bulkhead.
I only carry bicycles. Well bike 'stuff' too I guess

When Gasboz (VD fame) had his big car crash, he hit his head so hard it caused instant massive swelling, but a second later, a big drill from back of van hit him in back of skull, cracking it open, releiving the pressure, saving his life.
