Think Bike stickers

Are they still a thing? I seem to remember them being available on a police website a few years back. Saw a car today with one and thought "fancy one for my motor"

You used to be able to get them from a government stationery website and just pay the postage, but it stopped maybe five years ago.
Last one I had was gifted from someone on here who had one laying around.
