I've not killed my wife. Yet.
I'm sure if I did the jury would downgrade it to man slaughter after hearing the evidence.
Go on then....what did she do?

Changed her pronouns by the sound of it.

Spotted a likely gap in the rain and went to the village carnival. Quite a big bash for a not so big village. You wouldn't starve - options included fish n' chips, pizzas, burgers, crêpes and at least 2 other food wagons. WI doing eyebath sized cups of tea + cakes galore. Car show, dog show, booze tent, charity stalls and loads more. Quite impressed (with the turnout too). Then tonight there's a bar and local band (pretty good one too) in the biggest marquee.
Definitely punching above its weight is our little village.

Ate some deep fried battered Oreos.
Honestly wouldn't normally eat anything so American and Sickly, but at the same time food always piques my curiosity
Weirdly...they have a brownie like cake texture.

In the Hope Valley? We're quite a few miles south of there in the softy south east.

Hope Valley's a nice area though, thought about moving there for a while.

Drove from London to Scarning in Norfolk for 7 nights away with family and hound. Comfortable cottage with lovely garden and space. Lots to do locally for walks and plenty of shops nearby in Dereham area for food. Had a pint of amber ale and relaxing now.

Well bloody hell, I've been the coldest today that I've ever been in summer

And it hasn't even snowed!!!
The last month for me has been three weeks in Ireland, rain every day. Five days in England, rain every day. Three days in France, rain every day. I was going to have a last night in France and camp in the Pyrenees but pissing rain meant I kept driving, through the Tunel de Somport and out into brilliant sunshine. I'm now at home and back to shorts, t-shirts and sandals for the next few weeks.

Walked into the garage this afternoon & had an immediate flashback. Just for a few seconds it smelled EXACTLY like a Kaw dealership did in 1978... which is odd because these bikes are a '95 & a '99. Took me right back to going to look at the new '78 Z1-R & thinking what a fucking awful looking bike it was. I still think that & I've owned 3 of them.

I would say the same for this in case anyone is ever in Sainsburys and thinks they'll try an Indian dessert...

Circumnavigated Donnington Park race circuit many times today, stayed dry too which was impressive as it was lashing down all afternoon an hour south according to SWMBO.
