Paul O’Grady died, unexpectedly and peacefully. Only 67, what will Battersea do now. Not my favourite ever entertainer but once he dropped the drag bit I found him bearable.

Shame about Paul O'Grady. I always liked him. He was audience appropriate with his humour and a lot of supposedly bigger acts could learn that from him. Fantastic work for the LGBT community and of course animals.
RIP.

Yes. Really nice and talented man who, even if people don't know him, they've probably heard his music.

Nora Forster (John Lydon's wife of nearly 50 years) passed away today. She had been living with Alzheimer's for many years and John had been her full time carer.

Freddie Scappaticci has died, last week apparently. He probably went more peacefully than a lot of people he helped on their way.

He was supposedly 'Stakeknife', a British agent within the top ranks of the IRA (which he denied) so I guess he was pretty lucky not to have been topped a long time ago.

I'll not mourn him, that's for sure.

Oh dear, how sad, never mind.

That cunt offed a fair few innocent people to save his own skin.

fact : political wanky bollox doesn't need to be all over the fucking forum in every twatting post.

I'm not sure who some of you are trying to push your political agendas to, who your target is and what your goal is, but FFS we just don't care... honestly we really really don't. You're not going to change the sodding world or even the views of 1 person with it.

It's a thread about dead people. Joe Biden popped up (!). Somebody made a joke about "who goes to whose funeral".

I post an interesting factlet commenting on the previous post.
No, you think you did... but neither of you did... you picked a topic and as always shoved some political crap at us as you always do.

But you're not going to see it like that... you're going to see it your own way.. that's just how it is..

Guilty as charged.
without wanting to derail the thread too much, just look at the 'likes' to my comment... There's plenty... That tells you that maybe i'm wrong, maybe i'm right, but many people agree with me. It's just all the time and i know i 'pick on you' and others over it, but that's because to me (and clearly others) the continued politics spoils their/my viewing of the forum. I'm not even going on about it as a Mod/Admin, it's just as a user of the forum on a daily basis... I know you think you're doing some 'good' giving us this information all the time... but i don't see it.

However, i do tolerate it... in the right areas... but this wasn't/isn't the right area fella... it then just morphs the forum into a rant-fest which i really don't want.
