Last time I asked, MGP paid out 10 grand to each employee when they won the drivers title and 5 when they won the constructors. Given that they've got over 1000 employees that's quite a bonuses bill!

I know someone who's worked there 7 years and made over 100k (before Tax of course) on top of their salary.

Top effort all 'round.
