Re: What's your tipple currently ?
In the yard, a cheeky little pig started to make a name for himself. Random mischievous acts were being encountered, often accompanied by a glimpse of a curly tailed behind, scrambling away with the cutest of little snorts. So infamous was this little character that he's ended up on a bottle or two...

One of the stinkiest factories I've ever been to, smelled like really strong apple vinegar (not really surprising), they were really nice people, you always came away with a load of apple juice and cider, 3 people I knew died in a car accident on the bend at the bottom of the hill in 1987.

Re: What's your tipple currently ?
I shared a bottle of this with my Dad at Christmas. I saw it in Sainsbury's and thought "WTF is that?", which is a red rag to a bull as far as food goes with me.
We ended up drinking it chilled from Wine glasses, which worked well. I really liked it, but it deffo more of a summer BBQ thing.

Glenfarcas 105 cask strength single malt. Rather nice stuff that the wife enjoys as well. We also finished off a bottle of Laphraoig rather quickly as it is just so lush (quickly is a month for us).

I gave a bottle of Laphraoig away this week. I love a single malt, but Islay's are undrinkable imho.

Re: What's your tipple currently ?
It is.
I found it at the back of the drinks cabinet (I'm out of rum), I think the wife got me it for Christmas a couple of years back, it was hidden behind 15 different brands of gin (I don't drink gin).
I've had a single malt Nikka before, but this was surprisingly nice for a blend. Very smooth and subtle.
I'm now drinking a fizzy English red and eating fruit pastilles.
