The other thing I did today was take off the off road abs dongle. As standard the bike has full abs and you hold down the abs button to get no abs. The dongle shows you to have abs on the front and no abs on the back. The only problem was that the procedure to get back to full abs doesn’t work and I’ve found posts from people who say that this has happened to them. This may be caused by a wiring fault behind the dash that I’ll investigate but in the meantime I’m happy with having either full abs or none. Trying to stop with knobbly tyres with no abs on the back while testing the switching procedure was exciting but also not what I want when having to do an emergency stop. The change is very easy to revert though.

Nothing planned yet. It’s going to have to be spur of the moment stuff at the moment as we’re trying to sell our house. Would like to get some overnight camping trips in the uk done when the clocks change though.
