You could probably post any of the songs from the iconic Easy Rider movie as classic biking songs but this is my favourite.
mine too

Here's another Steve Earle one for you.
Covering the Boss (as he says at the beginning),
He found out later in the show that Bruce was in the audience...

Stick with it, its builds..

Ah well Greenie, those peeps in hats can usually play instruments and sing to make music. They don't 'sample' and twiddle knobs in their bedrooms to create something. Heck they can even do it live, on stage, rather than just playing it from digital sources. Amazing innit?

Couple more

I played this album to death in the summer of 1979

This one was written for the guitarist's young daughter, but it is inextricably linked to motoring

and a long one to finish

I like Madness!

I used to hate electronic music up until i was about 12 but then the Hip Hop scene started to come into my life! Dub/Techno and House proceeded it. I've seen loads of live acts and i still do as a lot of Reggae stuff i see is live. Nothing like a proper rave though, proper madness!

Electronic music is a lot harder to produce well than you think, that's maybe why you put it down because you don't really understand it!

you iz a fossil innit,
I iz a fossil (and a Cabaret Voltaire fan etc etc  ). I just thought that when Greenie said 'men in hats' he was having a pop at C&W as if it was just 'men in hats'. My bad. :D

It would be interesting to know how many people have only clicked on stuff they know or scrolled past everything and how many have gone 'oooh, dunno that one!' and clicked and had a listen to new stuff on this thread though.

Go lil Camaro, Go and Blitzkrieg Bop are Ramones songs about motoring
Hawkwind's Silver Machine is about a bicycle, so not really motoring

But there must be loads, shite like Pink Cadillac and Little Old Lady From Pasadena, Prince's Little Red Corvette (I used to know someone with a Little Red Chevette)

I've heard a few new ones, I didn't realise that Mr Longbeard was such a country fan (and nothing wrong with a bit of C&W). Greenie was specifically having a go at Madness, He has his own tastes.

Me too (and have followed up on a few on Spotify  ). I don't assume only a band with 2 or 3 guitars, drums, keyboard etc is 'proper'...I like Yello :D (Been listening to Vangelis recently too!).

However, back to basics...
