I didn't ride last year. Can't see me even considering it this year when you consider the fact I've not sat on a bike.

Say what !!!! You've bought a Gen3 1290 ? Man that thing was epic/scary. I rode it the day after riding your MT10, as you recall i adored the MT10, but the 1290SDR left me somewhat blown away when i rode it.

thoughts/chats like this remind me of why i loved bikes for so long... Obviously they've been replaced in my world with MTBs, but if i had an unlimited space/budget/time i could easily see something like one of these 2 things in there.

The one currently(?) for sale on PB made me think hmmmm , shall I but nah, I haven't, and am not going to so it'll just be the green one with me at Pembrey this time ( unless Kev comes, I still wouldn't rule it out, whatever he says currently )- sorry!

P.S. That was a Gen2 we rode that day at Premier when I had my first MT - the only one I'd consider is the Gen3- (current model) one

Two Air BnB's have now fallen through. The BnB that @tricky is staying in is fully booked.

So, the annual party in the park ain't far away now and I was just wondering what our loyal contingents will be riding. I'm aware of a couple of mt09s that will be circulating and a white zx6r, but what else we got then, any changes from previous.

Undecided yet. Most likely the MT09 but I might opt for a comfortable ride across the country and use the RT.
