New sandals day!

well i decided the Tennies are not staying, they're a bit 'tall' and sort of unstable. Almost as though the thicker sole weaves and moves as you're walking in the house.
So i'm now at a choice of 2...
Got to wait a few days anyway for my return to get back to Adidas, will then pick from there.
Plan B is to play it safe
The more i think about things the less i'm actually out and about without a bicycle. It's quite uncommon actually. Especially in summer... i'm either out on the bicycle or potentially the Yamaha. So really, does it just make more sense to go for the Freeriders anyway as they'll double as riding trainers when needed.

I’m not taking a picture of my shoes for fucks sake
Mostly, I wear socks. Working from home: socks. In the office, as soon as I get there: socks.
I think I spend about 90% of my working day in socks.
For riding my MTB then it’s 5-10s or however you’re supposed to write it.
Dog walking every day: wellies. Or Vans depending on weather.
Somewhere formal? Some formal shoes. I have some nice brown ones. Or some black ones. I’ve got some blue ones too. And a pair of red.
Less formal, then I have some Sketcher things.
I don’t know, I’m running out of enthusiasm for this.

BTW, i STILL don't have any.... i've bought/returned 3 sets from Adidas now and i'm still none the wiser as to what to go for.
i think it's essentially going to be these.

Re: Dull thread... day to day footwear.. what do you go for ?
I wear appropriate footwear.
Boots, shoes, trainers, sandals, slippers, bare feet.. In black, brown, white, blue, green, or grey. And a sort of pinkish tone for the feet.
It depends, on the weather, what else I am wearing, what I am doing, and what I feel like.
DIGAS what others choose to wear?

I've got a pair too. They're slow, dont go round corners too well and uncomfortable, no wonder they are in GSXR colours!The Martian wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 8:51 amI've got a pair of the second ones (hotrock low) really good pair of do anything shoes, cheap as well.

Well i've now had 6 pairs delivered/returned via Adidas. So in the end i gave up and got these.
I've got multiple other pairs and i simply know they work 100% out the box for me. So much for trying something different.

Day to day I've not bothered for the past year;
If I've been forced out of the house then;
Although now the weather has picked up;
And when we can go out out I've just picked up a pair of;

My new Five Tens fit like a dream, which isn't a shock as i've had 7-8 pairs in the last 4-5 years... Sometimes, it's just better to stay with what you know

My wife and I both have personalised Converse. You used to be able to get custom ones with any combination of colours, stitching etc you wanted...I haven't looked for a few years, but AFAIK they stopped doing it in the UK a while back, I think they still do it in the US.
My wife has red/white ones which she wore for our wedding, I have black/white/green ones which I didn't wear for our wedding. Both have the date of said wedding embroidered on the back.
