As mentioned in the other place, I recently got another open face Davida Ninety 2. Love Davida quality and I’m sure it’s quieter than any f/f Arai I’ve ever had
Reminds me of the old 70s Premier lids. Trè retro.

My very old Daytona boots were dying (holes in the soles) and managed to find a mint, hardly worn pair, exactly the same, even down to the colour, on eBay and paid £130 for them vice £500 new. RESULT!

My enduro lid looks OK, but I crash every time we go out, so it must have been hit a few times. Then I saw this Bell lid for daft money on Ebay
Fits lovely. Just can't use it yet
Bought some 100% goggles to match. Been out twice this week and they just feel so good together.
Not usually a bling person, but they do feel nice.

Yeah I got some Hipster brown gloves the other year, but it's not spread to the rest of me yet. Probably the only cool part of me

Textile trousers.
My last pair were HG and probably 20 years old. I got caught in the rain a little while ago and got a wet crotch within 10 minutes so I thought it was about time I got some new ones. I don't ride in the rain as a rule so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on big name brands so I got a pair of
these off ebay.
They fit ok, have a detachable lining and armour on the knees and hips. I have no idea if they're waterproof of not
I still don't know if they're waterproof. I haven't even worn them on the bike.
I have bought some summer gloves though, because my last pair were falling apart
Fit well, look quite well made and seem good value at £35

I scored a pair of used Daytona Roadstar GTX boots off the evil bay for 80 quid.
In good nick and comfy as old slippers.

Damn! I was on eBay looking at those boots - spooky! eBay is great for bike kit; there are some proper bargains if you keep a sharp eye out.

The boots were sold by the red cross,so I was happy with where the money went too.

New pair of boots! These:
Alpinestars SMX-6s, to replace my c.10 yr old SMX-Rs, which were well trashed and worn out. Was loathe to replace the as they were so comfortable, but these are just as comfortable and much smarter! (Would be hard not to be, as the old ones would shame a scarecrow). The Velcro is incredibly strong - the old ones had a smaller area of Velcro and a ratchet strap which I always thought was a bit iffy, although have to say they performed in my times of need

The new ones are just about my limit in terms of flashiness; cant be doing with anything too showy. (And they are men’s too, as wimmins are a really tight fit around my tootsies.)

Very swish.
I use a Held jacket with some light coloured panels, man it's a fly magnet. I currently look like a greebo after only a few weeks of runs!
That one of yours will be hard to keep clean.
