Some pics from my walk to 'lunch' yesterday. Light was really flat and it tried to snow a bit most of the time! But damn it's pretty. Wouldn't have done the walk without snowshoes. And, talked to a friend (from my first season, so he's been here forever!) and he agreed with my fears that it really isn't safe enough yet to ski, so touring is out and snow shoeing is the new snow 'sport'!! LOL

These were snow clouds coming in! It snowed most of the afternoon and evening and all night

I assume it's the dead black bird hanging from the gutter.

To give you a clue as to where to look it's near the centre of the picture.
