Correlation does not equate to causation. There may be many factors affecting crime rates, like the ban on leaded fuels (decreases in crime 20 years after the ban) and the crack cocaine use (increases during peak popularity).
What year did Florida stop using decals to identify rental cars that made them easy targets for the 13% of the population that commits 50% of the crime?

I just love how a total stranger a couple thousand miles away thinks he can tell another person's mood by a two word post. You do often come across as the forum polemic, quick to make accusations and toss out remarks like "wind your fucking neck in" followed by having a strop when the same is chucked back at you.
