I've sort of taken this onboard. I've got a £500+ belt service coming up. Plus it'll need new tyres soon and that's got be another £350ish? And, dare I say it, I'm getting used to the POS bucking around at certain revs!
The o2 eliminators and fuel adjuster have helped massively, so I think I'll live with it for now. Oh, and it wont be being outed anytime soon,it's a keeper!!

I really hope so matey. Ducatis are bikes that are more than the sum of their parts, or their quirks, doubles, character, whatever you want to call it.
I always wanted a Ducati and when I got my first 916 I was nearly wetting myself. I'll never forget it

I compare the Hyper and MT09 in the same way as a XT660X and a 690 Duke. The Yams are more civilised and I guess a better bike, but the Hyper and Duke, both egg you on and don't want to be civilised and are bastard unapologetic about it too!

Pretty much what I'll be doing! The EVotech s fo the later model and the rad guard doesn't fit. Even if it did I'd be keeping the Ali Express ones, as the finish is actually better!

Fitted the rad guards and tail tidy today. I have a 8x6 plate to onto it but I can’t find the bloody thing anywhere! No doubt it’s been tidied away by my wife!

Cleaned the bike as well today. Comes up quite well but engine paint if flaky underneath!
Put everything away now and have just realised I didn't clean and lube the chain!
Back tyre is pretty squared off now and the front is sort of nearing the wear bars. I'm going to get Hyside to chuck a set of Meztler Roadtecs on there when they do the belt service in a couple of weeks time.

I hate cleaning bikes! It took ages grovelling about on the floor using mucoff and a detailing brush! Probably rain next time I go out on it!

I think I've caught the Suzuki, mine got muddy water splattered about 3 weeks ago and I can't be arsed to wash it. Not been like that in ages.
I'll soon be walking about in trackie bottoms, socks n sliders and calling everyone bruv

Double skinned socks will see Tarquin ok. Failing that he can always get new ankles too.

It goes in for its belt service on the 13th and i've asked them to bung a set of Roadtec SE 01s on there. £368.57 fitted!
I miss my Sh300!
