I have to say, I'm wondering why it's taking them so long to repair the system.

I once had to have a conversation with an employee about their body odour. The rest of his team were threatening to not work with him. I thought they were making a bit of a fuss until he arrived and I asked him in for a chat. The bloody wallpaper nearly came off. You could cut the atmosphere with a knife.
Difficult conversation as well.
