I think this is the best thing I've ever seen!
@DefTrap take note what you could have if you put the hard work in!

I saw an ebay ad for a Honda Ruckus/Zoomer with an aftermarket 170cc engine.
The Ruckus is a pretty cool looking little ped, but 50c, meh.
I disappeared down the google rabbit hole and discovered that Honda made a 250 version.
How mental looking is this...
The pillion seat even folds up to make a backrest!

Thanks - added to my never ending probably won't buy (almost definitely not again from DK) list! I love bikes like this but I'd just never use them. I think it's all part my teenage surf dream eternal summer fantasy. Cool at the beach but I'd look a tool at the Co-Op.

We should club together to pay for a container shipped from Japan, then fill it full of stupid shit no one else wants.
I really want a 250 Hornet and a Spada.

If you're
@Skub or just like 70's motorcycles then this place has a stock list just for you!

That 750 H2 is a bit spendy tho' (in the write up it says it's been restored by Jeff. I know a guy called Jeff who restores classic bikes for millionaires and the like, if it's one of his it'll be perfect).

List of Suzuki models available new in Kenya...
https://www.suzukikenya.com/
That penultimate one is quite interesting, as the UK stopped getting them sometime in the 80's?

Are the small ones actually called Gixxers over here too? I don't keep up with these things.

My Dad bought one of those in Yellow back in the 80s sometime. My cousin had a go and he'd never ridden a bike before. It's on video somewhere with my dad saying 'little bit of throttle and slowly let the clutch out'. He promptly did the classic wide open throttle and dump the clutch which wheelied him off the back. Plonker.

The TF125 is a TS125 with a different seat and a rack, the TS185 was a lovely bike, probably last sold in the UK in 1982, really good, easy to look after trail bike, possibly better than the DT175.

I've done some googling, it looks like Suzuki were making the TS185ER for quite a few markets (mainly in Africa) until 2015.
I imagine the Kenyan ones are just old stock.
I'd quite like one.
