There’s no going back once you’ve tried hand guards ;) 👍

Well they're on. Decent fit and look ok imo. They give good cover for the heated grips and heated gloves. 👌

Comments welcome. 🙉

I put the bar end weights back on, is that right or wrong. 🤷🏻‍♂️ holes lined up better with.

They suit it - look like they came as standard on it.

That's the wife's 107, great little car. Reminds me of a fairground dodgem. Maybe a little too girlie for some, that's why I've got a yaris. 👍

Those hand guards look ok actually and they also mean you dont need to fit a brake guard for track days as its a complete cover ;)

If you ever need to go full winter rider then they are also brilliant to fit of Tucano Urbano muffs over

I bought this for the OH on the assumption that the reviews made it a decent jacket and it’s not like we’re going winter touring.

https://www.sportsbikeshop.co.uk/motorc ... rod/117745

Wrong. First mistake was buying online mid winter when it’s not going to be tried on properly. Okay it’s never going to be as good as an expensive jacket and it looks reasonable. But it’s no good at 8 degrees. According to her the wind cuts right through it.

And the sleeves must have been sized to fit an orangutan. The elbow armour is halfway down her forearm and it’s nearly impossible to get a decent fit at the gloves.

Lesson learned but fortunately not a lot of money wasted.

I’m going to have to spend a bit more to get something decent.

Maybe discontinued for good reason. Sportsbikeshop have always been good with returns. Worth a try since the item isn't fit for purpose.

A motocross style face mask and goggles to go with the cheap black open face lid.

Ideal for a middle aged man scrottaging about town on a little bike.

1. Givi XS307 Xstream Tanklock Expandable Tank Bag - 15L. The trigger for this is a forthcoming trip to Wales for the Welsh National Rally. This year all the controls are unmanned and the logging of them is via an app. I needed somewhere to put my smartphone to do that. Despite having a top box and tail pack for the Tracer I thought it's not possible to have too much luggage so why not get a tank bag with a pocket at the top rather than a satnav mount, especially since I have a Garmin mount already.

2, Altura Tempo Under Shorts (padded)
Intended for cycling, and I'll use them for that also, but why not a bit of extra comfort in one's later years on the motorcycle, too?

:D :D
