Helleconia is worth a read. Trilogy, but big reads.

The Professionals.

I know, they tried a half assed version back in the late 90s, but it was too PC and didn't have enough car chases and violence.

The actors were just too clean cut and there's no way a Nissan 180sx will ever replace a 3 litre Capri even if it is actually faster IRL.
