What about a CB1000R? Seems lots of folk like them, comfy, fast, reliable etc. I cant believe I haven't bought one myself!

I know where there's a nice Ducati for sale. Fuelling issues sorted, never been thrashed, very well looked after....Le_Fromage_Grande wrote: Fri Jun 09, 2023 4:26 pmIt's the most likely candidate out of what's currently availableTaipan wrote: Fri Jun 09, 2023 3:37 pm What about a CB1000R? Do you really think I'm going to change bikes?Supermofo wrote: Sat Jun 10, 2023 5:12 pm Tracer 900. I thought the one I test rode was really good. I think for me the GSXS is better but the Tracer fits the comfort bit more and has plenty of poke

Six foot plusers.Potter wrote: Sat Jun 10, 2023 3:41 pmThe CB1000R is a normal sized bike, the AT is a monster of a thing that most people can't manage properly, but try anyway.MyLittleStudPony wrote: Sat Jun 10, 2023 3:31 pm I did look at the current CB1000R but next to the African Twin it looked tiny.
Just how big/tall are these ATs? Are they that much bigger than a BMW GS and the old, smaller capacity, ATs?Mr. Dazzle wrote: Sun Jun 11, 2023 9:50 am Mate of mine with an @ has to step on the footpeg and mount it like a horseIt means he has to put it on the centre stand every single time he gets off it of course.
