You wanna watch Deep Fried Masters on Amazon then. :D

Came up on my recommendations. It's about as redneck as you'd anticipate.

Hardly get a chance to watch TV, but watched The Dark on Netflix. Confusing near the end but carried on watching.

Watching Ozark at the moment. I'd say some episodes are better than others, so much so I'm struggling a bit tbh...

Who doesn't like a bit of Lovejoy 8-)

I really need to crack on with series 2, but I've dipped back into Justified ( https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1489428/ ) instead, and still have 4 seasons to go.

And I've still not started the latest Man in the High Castle either

Watching Lovecraft Country at the moment. Crazy stuff, like a cross between American History X and Amityville Horror!

Read the novel. It doesn't really scratch the surface of Lovecraft's* worlds, is the telly show any better?

I'm just three episodes in and so far I'd say it's Lovecraft influenced, rather than full on Cthulhu. Good enough for a mindless watch anyway!

Racism probably wasn't seen as a bad thing back then, just a fact of life, the past is a different country,etc...

The Chicago 7 - a Netflix film about the group of anti-Vietnam protestors charged with conspiracy to riot in the late 60s.

Always been a fan of Aaron Sorkin’s stuff, with its fast paced dialogue. Really good and well worth a watch.

4/5.

Thanks for the recommendation.
I thought I would find SBC a distraction in The Spy but he plays a straight part well.
