ASpag is a really top chap*. I have often questioned his place on the grid (no wins until yesterday) but everybody around pit lane had always insisted he was right for Aprilia and deserving because of all the great work he was doing etc. etc. Obviously we'll never know whether anyone would have done any better/differently but he's finally got his and Aprilia's first win so it's great for him and all involved. Be interesting to see how that changes his mindset and their abilities now concessions are gone.

*He is everything the media say he is in terms of "heart on sleeve". You always know exactly where you are with him!

There's been 9 different podium finishers in 3 races.
Who could have forecast this?

Yeah that's a bit bonkers. Such a topsy turvy season.

Actually things are even more nuts than I first gave it credit for. Top Honda is 10th and top factory Ducati is 11th with 3 satellite Ducati's ahead of them

Epic end to a fine moto3 race.

New kid Morira was outstanding.

here's a thought, its great Aprilla got there first win and all, but I think MotoGP needs someone dominating, some one to chase, to beat and all that, yeah its good seeing a millions different winners in a million races but its a free for all, the best seasons are when Rossi/Stoner/Marc pull out all the stops and go hard.

I didn't get watching until today.

A shame for the new kid in Moto2,but he'll be back.

It was brilliant to watch Aleix take his first win, great to see his bro along to congratulate too, despite his own disappointment. Emotional scenes!
