I did however watch most of Carla Lane's Bread which is probably just as bad.Taipan wrote: ↑Wed Dec 01, 2021 12:01 pmmy Daughters boyfriend inherited his GrandDads MG BGT. A kid at work didn't know the phrase this time next year we'll be millyonaires. When we said y'know from only fools and horses he replied, never seen it but I think my Dad used to watch it!

Well it arrived at 6am this morning, sadly it’s not a fire blade, it’s not a CB500 either. It’s a 2019 NC750.not the DCT version though.
It’s got storage where the petrol tank is meant to be

Re: Can't catch a brake
So I've had a couple of days on the NC750x, its a 2019 with 3000 miles on it, I quite like it, but I would not buy one for what I would use it for, rides well, seems quicker than the MT, brakes don't seem as good, and its not the slimmest bike for commuting. but once on an open road it goes well and I can see long trips being fun on it.
I put the muff on it today as did bother for the first few days, not having the heated grips and muff was not ideal.

I had one as a loaner - ended up buying one - surprised it’s quicker than your MT.formula400 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 05, 2021 11:07 pm So I've had a couple of days on the NC750x, its a 2019 with 3000 miles on it, I quite like it, but I would not buy one for what I would use it for, rides well, seems quicker than the MT, brakes don't seem as good, and its not the slimmest bike for commuting. but once on an open road it goes well and I can see long trips being fun on it.

Might not be quicker, just feels quicker. In a straight line that is.
