Where do you carry the breaker bar + scaffold pole when you head out on the bike?

The nut goes under the seat and when we went to Norway the breaker bar went in my roll mat. I ended up using it when the Bridgestone T30 supposed touring tyre was fucked after 3500 miles
For the UK riding i have an RAC card in my pocket .... twat

I crash it most times we go out. I'm fancying buying a new one soon, so will put all the new bike bodywork on the old one for when I sell it.
I might even wash it. I did oil the chain about a year ago though

Cue 2 foot breaker bar plus a 5 foot scaffold pole over the top. Missus sat on bike with rear brake applied and came off no problem at all. Popped the new tyre on and missus sat on bike applying brake and 2 foot bar done to F Tight and then the circlip added. I cover the nut in masking tape as it helps the socket grip better
I haven't had a centre stand on a bike since my VFR, so I use an ABBA stand. Unfortunately this makes it difficult to use the back brake so I use a ratchet strap through the wheel to stop it turning when I use my breaker bar/scaffold pole combo

I've always managed to do it solo - although TBF it's been a while. I'd do the initial "crack" with the bike still on the floor, sat on it with my foot on the brake. Takes a bit of twisting and might not be so great now I'm getting more injury prone with age

I like the ratchet strap solution though i normally have the missus about as brake operator which makes it easier

Some years ago and would have been made so much easier with the sky lift I have now but this is how much of a 929rry fireblade is left when you need to remove the engine...
...and on a non-bike note, this is how much of an s1 elise I had left to replace the radiator fan...
...how I laughed when the radiator started to leak a few miles after I got it back together. Didn't keep this that long.
