I had a ZZR600 E2
Purple, Red & White,
It was my first ‘proper’ big bike and purchased with 800miles on the clock!
I actually really liked it but can see now it’s marmite, I hate marmite but I did like that ZZR

The jellymould CBR600 "Benneton"



The green seat provides a particularly powerful counterpoint to the pink wheels, I think.

The CBR600F2 version was marginally better, if only because the seat was black

Even the blue version was fugly.

Sadly, it was launched in the uk at the bike show where Norton launched their F1, making it look even worse.

I do like it, but I don't spaff my pants over it like Fireblade nuts do. The Cadbury one is much nicer.

The whole top of the tank is brown, when you sit on one, all you see is brown!

One of the best Blade colour schemes was on the 954. In the UK we got a yellow/blue, black/red and a white/blue, etc... but in the land of the free they got a graphite/black one, which irl looks so much better than the European schemes.



The Septics don't always get it better tho', they got a Yellow RRW...

The blue/white 954 is probably my favourite Japanese sportsbike. I like that yellow RRW too but it also reminds me too much of a VFR.

I've already done the Blade thing, but mine was a slightly nicer colour...

The official Honda colour name for the purple on mine was Uranus Purple.

That ^^^^ is what a FIreblade is in my head. Well that or the aforementioned White/Blue 954. But if you say Fireblade that's generally the bike I picture.

When did they stop calling it the Fireblade anyway? That's so much better than "CBR1000RR".
