One odd thing is a lot of my dreams take place in the little village that I grew up in. Maybe going back to a more carefree time in my life.

BTW never try and describe your dreams to your partner. They are seriously not interested.
My wife describes her dreams to me and she can relate dream conversations word for word.
20 years together and I haven’t had the heart to tell her I couldn’t give a monkeys.
I always want to know how my wife's dreams went, it sets the tone for the first couple of hours. Last night she got sent down for two weeks in prison covering for something I had done, she got into a few fights inside so was pissed off with me for it.
She couldn't remember what it was I was meant to have done.
Well, if you don't know what you've done, she isn't going to tell you.

That's how it works in real life, right? ;)

Being in trouble for something you did in a dream.
...I know that one  Somehow I still end up apologising though.

Baby Dazzle has just turned 3 and is hence not very good at describing things yet. It took us ages to work out what she was referring to with her "bedroom stories" and "sleep pictures". She knows the word dream now :D

I guess I dream but I can never remember them and I've certainly never realised that I'm aware that I'm dreaming.

I'm usually asleep within minutes of turning out the light and about seven hours later I wake up. If I've had a couple of beers I might need to get up and pee but as soon as I'm back in bed, I'm asleep. I can sleep almost anywhere (not on planes) as long as I can get my legs comfortable.

I sleep well and find it hard to understand when people tell me they either can't get to sleep or suffer broken sleep. I find it easy. :D

I’ve drunk fabric conditioner thinking it was milk, cut my hand open really badly with a kitchen knife, electrocuted myself, and driven my car....and much much more all while sleep walking.
I used to sleep walk when i was younger, in my early teens.

I used to do similar. Get up for a glass of milk. Sometimes i would wonder into my parents bedroom, as for some painkillers, then go back to bed, i remember non of it, it was getting to a point as to where it was happening every day then i sudden just grew out of it.

I just suffer with really bad RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) now, if anyone has a solution to that i'm al ears. I have to get up and walk around for 15 mins at least twice a night to stop my leg from flying up in the air!

Those horrible dreams I mentioned, I had one last night. Someone, I'm not sure who, was emptying my storage boxes, mixing up the contents and then cutting up the boxes. :o

Since the advent of Covid-19, I've had the weirdest, most vivid dreams.

Talk about vivid dreams !!! I spent most of last night dreaming about my 990 Superduke. So much so that by the time i've got out of bed i've pretty much talked myself into buying one today :)

Crap dreams last night had me getting up at 5am today. Not nightmares as such, but seems i had 3 sets of dreams i wasn't particularly enjoying, so thought "sod it, i'll just get up early" as they really were not fun.

Sometimes dreaming can be a curse as much as it is a pleasure.

There was one upside though, GP went shopping and bought a new RSV4 for Portimao :D

Bloody clever, how you can just wake up if you don't like your dream. 🙂👍

I have a recurring dream that I'm back at school, in the dream I'm 15, but I have the knowledge I do now I'm 45.

One night, the missus told me I was speaking in German in my sleep, which is pretty odd as I don't speak German.

I rarely remember dreams, to the point that I wonder if I have them!!

But I know I do occasionally remember, so must have more

But, after reading this thread yesterday, I did remember a dream last night - only a snippet of it I guess. But I was moving my arm waaayyyyyy further than its' going to be able to go (despite the work I'll put in, the USD shoulder won't ever go as far as the normal one). I do clearly remember being soo happy and the grins on the faces of me and my physio!!

Well that was a weird set.

Dream 1 i was going on a motorbike tour trip and ended up with a KTM 690 Duke. I was heading out to Europe with RSVMAN who ended up taking me on the back of his bike for some weird reason.

Dream 2 was just completely bizarre. Me and Mrs Weeksy were in France, but she'd fallen in love with someone else and ended up taking me prisoner and i was in a wheelchair and drugged up, tied to the chair while she and her new bloke were injecting me with a muscle relaxant and i was screaming and crying... really really weird. I was tempted to stay asleep to see how it played out and i killed both of them, but again, i wasn't really enjoying this one at all, so bailed on it. Weirdest dream i've had in ages that one. Really quite a long and complicated plot to get to that stage.

I'm hoping not if i'm honest... that was a strange one. I'm not sure if it helps lying in bed reading horror novels just before sleep..

Once or twice a year I’ll remember what I was dreaming about. As a teenager, I’d have some recurring dreams ( and some dreams I wanted to recur)

The ones where you are falling - loads when I was younger, not anymore.
