The stories bad been floating about for a while and he'd even threatened journalists with court action in order to keep it covered up but after the boss of the tax office kind of blew his defence out of the water last week his position looked untenable.

Don't worry about tax laws and sleaze. Worry about getting it done, sending them back and defending the statues.

Clearly no one has been paying Bozo the clown the attention he thinks he deserves recently - Putin threatened to kill me with a missile - Johnson
Seriously, what is wrong with him? Is he really that needy for attention?Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has claimed that Vladimir Putin told him "I don't want to hurt you, but with a missile, it would only take a minute", in a call ahead of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Mr Johnson said the "extraordinary" conversation took place in February after he had visited Kyiv in a last-ditch attempt to show Western support for Ukraine amid growing fears of a Russian assault.
Blundering about trying not to make too much of a hash of things.

Why do you pick up on his wealth? Is he actually wealthy?
I don't care how much he has or hasn't got. What I do care about is that he is a pathetic, lying, attention seeking, untrustworthy stain on British politics.

Apparently they are going to consider making the first MoT on new cars and bikes at the 4 year mark rather than the current 3 years. (Info on Confused.com). Stats show that few vehicles fail at 3 years and vanishingly small numbers of accidents arise from what would be flagged at MoT on vehicles under 4 years old. (A number of other countries already have their equivalent a 4 years). First they have to have a 'discussion period'.
It seems so obvious and sensible it probably won't happen.
