Brrrr, bit nippy and thick mist between Owler Bar and Baslow.
Plenty of bikes at Matlock Bath...

Little run this morning to Tyrley locks, nr Market Drayton and surrounding areas. Not too far from home but never been. All back lanes and exactly what the monkey was bought for. Just meandering around and a pub to finish.

Wasn't far from you today @Dodgy69
I did about 130 miles today in the gloom. Whitchurch, Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, and then home. Wasn't really feeling it, had too much on my mind. Little bit of rain near Shrewsbury. Was such a dull day, not much of the scenery to look at.
Heated vest was great again today. However, it appears my new Shoei lid is a bit noisier than my AGV which is a shame.

Yep, was a bit cold, but life in the slow lanes not much wind blast.

Got my CBF out after winter hiatus & did 240miles on the A44 out to Rhayader then down to the Gower, was bloody great on Friday but felt a bit wobbly and knackered after not riding for 4 months. Back over the new head of the valleys on Sunday in the mist and fog was somewhat less fun.

I dragged the Street Triple out from it's hibernation earlier, gave it a oil & filter change and went for a steady spin.

Somehow,I've overfilled the sump
& it's above the Full level on the dipstick so that's the task for tomorrow..

Re: When/Where/Pics was the last time you rode your bike ?
Well, the sun was shining so more monkey business to be done. Been looking at canals lately so the theme continues. 2 pubs in Gnosall i wanted to look at, near Stafford, both canalside, the Navigation and the Boat.
I wanted an outdoor seat in the sun and the Boat had one. Cold without sun. I could get to Gnosall on back lanes and that's the monkeys happy place, but you do get dirty, wet and muddy in places. Polished yesterday, covered in shit today.
.
On route is Norbury junction, plenty of boats here and you can hire aswel, pub and cafe on site. Bought cake to take home. Very pleasant in the sun.
Tbh I'm enjoying the back lane 40 mph riding more than the faster MT riding. Think its just nice finding new lanes I've never ridden, rather than a blast to the usual cafe on the usual roads.

Mister Blue hadn't been out for a couple of weeks and since it's dry and still, one must do one's duty.

Good work there. It was 18 Deg C today and I did get out, but just for a chore (easy parking), then had to drive car for work and there were LOADS of bikes everywhere, must have thought it was summer:) (Sorry no pics today, although a matching blue colour bike parked next to mine:) but no pics)
