Was following a coach that was being towed by a recovery truck. Any Bullseye fans spot the reg plate LOL
Slightly ironic. We saw it earlier with all the tourists sat on pavement with suitcases

Was working in Keswick today and spotted a road I'd never been on so on my way home I took a nosey up it, didn't quite go where I expected but I passed these stainless steel gates which I was very impressed by.
I reckon they've been forged to shape, welded together cos IIRC stainless isn't easy to forge together then pickled to clean them up followed by heating the flowers and so on to give them the good temper colours.

Re: utterly random picture thread.
Finally got another van. The scabby Transit had to go, partly it was getting unreliable, not inconveniently just peevingly, and partly that I no longer need that big a van.
So with that in mind I bought a long wheelbase Vivaro minibus. I could put everyone I like in the world in it and it would still have empty seats.
It seems available trumps any other criteria when buying a van.
Anyone want to buy a 9 seat minibus when I'm next on the big island?

Re: utterly random picture thread.
And we once sold a horse to a circus.
They had lions so I got my picture taken with a lion cub on my knee with the lad from next door (well more like the next farm over) sitting next to me.
It doesn't look right happy about being there admittedly but I can't remember any problems with it.
