The head of the dept that is recruiting to that post and is on the interview panel. So I guess I'd get her vote? Don't want it anyway..

That sounds like it's yours if you want it then. But as you don't, good chance to recommend a friend!

Got a big, gay hug from a colleague who'd heard I'd been under the weather. :D

He'd love to. In the pub many years ago he professed that I was the third best-looking man in the bank.

Granted he was pissed and I suspect the pool of contenders was a bloody sight smaller back then.

Even though there wasn't much fresh snow, even though visibility was pretty poor. Snowboarding always makes me happy and I feel very lucky to be able to go so often!

Had a small issue with the van, and noticed a couple of the HP fuel pipes were 'oily' whereas the feed pipes were dry! New seals it is then.
Had a look on YT and looked straight forward enough, except they, to a man, pulled the fronts off their vans to get access.
Time for a bit of amateur gynaecology then.

I gave my youngest daughter our old car about 4 years ago.

A 2013 plate high mileage Peugeot 206 not worth a great deal but I knew the one they had was pretty hard up and they couldn’t really afford to replace it.

Well it eventually packed in and they got £120 for it from WBAC.

So she messaged me wanting to transfer that money to me

My 2013 campervan went straight through its last MoT. German shite ftw :)

Unfortunately it now has a lot of pretty lights on the dashboard, all relating to brakes/ABS/Traction control. Probably a dodgy sensor :(

Our 36 year old camper van (Talbot) flew through her MOT in Jan. 143k miles and going strong. Beat that.
