Do all completed challenges need to be authenticated and what's the next challenge? I have finally cleaned my bike and it's fluttering it's eyelashes at me ready for a photo.
Yes but not by me... by general consensus really. If 1-2 say yes, then it's cool. It should be fairly apparent if it's in the spirit of things for example really.

Bugger, should have added "instantly recognizable". Which the hotel from Yesterday fits.. but the other I would have had no idea.

Your bike next to a large stone statue of an animal
Was out for 3 hours today to play and this crossed my mind but the statue i passed was a wood carving .... best stone statue was a stag head on a fecking driveway so didnt bother. Was mainly enjoying being out to piss about on the big bike for a change instead of plodding about behind kids on the 600

I can't think of any around here, but I'm sure I've seen a few somewhere... maybe in a cemetery... or possibly a garden center.
I just googled it & apparently WallyWorld has a small concrete duck, but I don't think that really counts.

I have one in mind, but it'll be mid next week before I can make the journey. It's mostly the bad weather slowing things up here.

I know where there's a stone bird, you can't legally get a motorcycle any where near it though.

Excuse the odd aspect ratio and cropping, I just jumped off the bike quickly and didn't take my gloves off 'cause I was stopped somewhere blocking a path. Bright sunshine meant I couldn't actually see my phone screen and it was still on super wide mode!
The statue is "The Triceratops" in concrete and glass fibre, Bill Billings 1979. Sadly MKs most famous animal statues are somewhere you can't access by bike.
Little factoid for you...the Concrete Cows you see in the park in MK are actually replicas, done by the same guy who did that dinosaur. The original cows are in the MK museum.

Your bike with a tree species that's not native to the UK.
No parking in the garden centre either!

Some guys I knew in Cambridge stole one of the originals, had it in their backyard for at least a year or so. At some point I think a reward was offered, or they were moving & didn't want to take the cow (I forget which).. so the cow was moved from the backyard out front by a lamp post & a call was made about this mysterious cow showing up...
Fuckers ended up media being treated as heroes for *finding* the cow...
