Given that it gets so hot up here in the summer and I'm really bored with trying to put my hair up with one hand, I decided to get it cut. Hairdressers here are open but damn they are expensive so went to a friend of a friend and had the back chopped!! Blooming brilliant :D I love it. Wasn't completely brave as I'll probably go back and get the back layered but This has cheered me up :D :D

just finishing to watch a BBC 4 documentary, How to build a nuclear submarine, Wow, such a great place to be an apprentice, what a job to learn on, I knew they are full of tech but bloody hell, those things are incredible. The welder has a rough job.

but wow.

Lots of talking with the physio today cos I've got a muscle spasm in my back and my neck and shoulder are not great right now

Look like the fact that I'm having to drive to the valley 3-4 times a week for physio and other health stuff is impacting on the shoulder. Not necessarily bad as the muscles need to get used at some point but whilst it was twice a week everything was ok. I've been having to go down 3-4 times a week for three weeks and damn things hurt!!

Guess the doc was right to sign me off for another 2 months (a month ago)!!!

But DAMN I'm bored now - it's taking soooooooooo loooooooonggg :( :(

I’ve been out of the house for work purposes for the first time since August last year. It won’t happen again until it is significantly warmer!

Had my piss come to a simmer. Forget to get the trashcans in last night. Was going to get them as soon as I'd showered. Go out the side door of the garage & discover some passive-aggressive fucking asshole neighbor had put all three against the side gate so had to move them by pushing the gate open to go get them.

Emptied the shelves in my kitchen onto the bed, with the shelves!! (The shelves are free standing and were in the way of getting the fridgefreezer out!!)

Then emptied the freezer drawers of the fridgefreezer into the chest freezer (tight fit!!)

Emptied the fridge stuff into cool bags

Then two friends came and took my fridgefreezer down to one of their cars. We then drove to a bit below Les Menuires to swap it for an under counter fridge

Back home and got the fridge in place (just - really should have checked measurements, but some brute force made it fit!!)

Then fill the fridge, put the shelves back and stuff back on the shelves

I've now got my bed back (thought I'd have to sleep on the sofa!!) and things are much tidier on the shelves and, when I've put the wall bracket for the micro up and supported the new kitchen counter, I'll have lots more space!! :banana-dance: :banana-dance:

Poo'ed 4 times (something upset my badly run Indian chemical refinery of a bowel).

Put washing out.

Emptied dishwasher.

My life is rock n roll.

Had a blinder of a ride into work. Just one of those rides where all the right gaps open up at all the right times and I only had to stop for 2 red lights!! Literally swept through the traffic, which was light presumably due to bank holiday weekend. If it's like that tonight, i'll deffo be taking the long way home for sure! 8-)
