Reminds me a little of the Munch Mammoth. Those Ducatis had fairings for a reason,mostly to hide the fact the engine looks like something hanging out of a washing machine.

A whole lot of work went in to it to make it look like junk! Be nice to own it though, very different.

The extra weight could cripple 'performance' anyway.
Making the overall shape longer and boxing-in (literally) behind the rider might, conceivably, improve aerodynamics compared to a rider alone. But not by much

I saw a Norton Commander yesterday!
According to Wikipedia, production ended 20 years ago and they only made 253 in total of both the police and civvy versions.
