They're flying the flag upside down because they've hung it from the wrong edge.

PS I'm not referee on this thread.

I was riding yesterday (day off;) and was not exactly thinking about the challenge pic, but went past a school and was reminded that they don't really like folk taking pics by schools, so perhaps think to edit the challenge to maybe a sign or college/uni to widen the range?

I guessed you have to ride across the county so pic 1 might be the Derbyshire sign from the Staffordshire sign and pic 2 the Derbyshire sign from the Notts side.

Hmmm *thinks* but if it's only one pic....so....

Nope. I give up.

Been out north & out west of the county this weekend, but I'm fucked if I'm going park my bike on the side of an NSL road & try and photograph it next to the signs.

Someone come and park in the middle of Tenbury bridge and if they photograph the correct set of railings they'll meet the spirit of the task.

Cross the Lancs/Yorks border daily on my commute but there are no signs because of boundary changes in 1974 that still make the locals a bit bristly https://www.lancs.live/news/lancashire- ... y-21301949

Thought this would be easy but when it wasn't rammed with traffic there were pedestrians on the pavement. The locals were perhaps starting to wonder why I kept circling, pausing etc. so this is the best I could manage:

Tenbury bridge this lunchtime - the counties sign is clearly visible as proven by the super hi-res close up!
