Guy's ? Wassat ?
A big 'ospital in Luhndun, innit. Doctors and everyfink.
I been to that London twice. Didn't like it.
Frothy coffee and fancy French things for breakfast? £7 a pint? Buildings over 5 floors high? Fancy folk prancing on a so-called 'theatre stage'?

Give it a swerve, Bruv. Nuffink there for ya.

All done, though her dad is still on the wait list and is refusing steadfastly to go up to London, even if driven.
And then, when she gets there, they said to the missus, 'Oh, we could have done your dad as well being as he's your mum's carer'. This, despite my missus asking, when booking the appointment, whether they could do her dad at the same time, as he's her carer and being told no......

FFS, and then another FFS for good measure.

I have a Franke 3-in-1 tap, which delivers hot, cold and boiling water (you could argue that this is simply the same product delivered at different temperatures, but let's not be churlish) that started weeping water where the spout meets the body of the tap. Taking it apart I could see an O-ring that was perished. I took it off and went to my local plumber's merchant. It's one of those trade places, where discount can be haggled with Mick/Johnno/Frankieeeee/Del and advice is dispensed with equal amounts of good will and expletives.
They don't do Franke parts, but the fella gave me a web site that might, then disappeared under the counter, to re-emerge with a box of assorted O-rings and Christ knows what else. After rooting around he found a similar O-ring, said it probably wouldn't be a proper seal but worth a try, no charge, mate.

Get home, slip it on with a bit of Fairy liquid, reassemble and try it. No leaking from the top of the tap body. Sorted. :obscene-drinkingcheers:

Helped a Church member with their job interview presentation. They contacted me later in the week, they got the job! Rather pleased as it was not a case of me putting the presentation, but getting them to shape their ideas appropriately with the right terminology. He was made redundant last year just before Christmas and has a job just a few weeks later.

I'll have tits in my box come Spring*. :banana-wrench:

I built a tit-box years back when the kid was small and every year it gets used. I assume it's the same ones, though they all look the same to me. Bit early at the mo but I'll try to take a picture. Earlier efforts have failed miserably to capture the little gits, but I'll persevere.

*I know it's puerile, but I just like saying it.

Just watched the Man Utd v Liverpool and as usual my fellow Utd fan in Cornwall was keeping me amused on Watsapp.

Until I realised I was a full minute behind and he commented the goals before I saw them.
I had to tell him to shut up :D

Wensleydale cheese certainly does need a good few things to make it edible!
