Last time I had malt loaf (after some years ..) I didn't like it at all. I feel like they changed the recipe, for the worse. And yes, definitely smaller.
The women at work love these and bring in the mini ones that are stawberry and banana flavoured. I can rememer my mate Dad eating the original mlt loaf with a slab of butter as thick as the slicev of loaf he cut on top!
The only way to eat it. Butter needs to be cold mind.

The good:
Following a discussion on FB among expats, I bought a 4 pack of Soreen Malt Loaves on Amazon.
The questionable:
Shrinkflation, the damn things are barely bigger than a Mars bar.
I suspect you may have accidentally purchased the individual 'lunch box' versions

I swapped my purchase to a later S23 instead
Ordered from Giff Gaff Sat night, arrived 11am this morning. The boy will be even happier as he'll get the new iPhone now.

S23 is a good phone - I'm still running an S23 Ultra, never had any need to replace it yet.

Well, the Temu cordless power washer has arrived. I charged the batteries and tested on a push bike. It has 2 different nozzles, spray and jet you might call it.
It does clean but like all pressure washers without soap, it dries and looks no better ( tested on wife's car ).It's not too powerful which is what I wanted and you just chuck the hose filter end in a bucket of water butt water, one of those 20L containers would be ideal, just like the one I threw out a few weeks back.
Further testing required to confirm I've bought a load of shit off Temu, again.

I bought a Worx Hydroshot a few years ago when they were the only battery washer on the market. I've just checked the price, it's gone up a bit.
I bought it to take mountain biking, and for cleaning muddy bikes it's been great. Not powerful enough to do any damage but enough to clean the muck off. For anything else, cleaning the patio for example, I use a mains Karcher.

If it can blow away all the muck that sticks to the monkey engine, all is good in Temu world.

I was going to order that one first. Glad i never now, My £19.99 cheap shit has a twist nozzle with four or five spray settings, bit like a garden trigger hose. It also came with the little clip in bottle for soap/detergent.

If you remove the filter on the pick up tube it opens up the possibility of free petrol...

£8.99 gets you one of these. Not quite so conspicuous.
(I got one to pump out the hole that the water meter is in so I could get a correct reading. It works but feels like what it cost - cheap

).

I've got a Worx Hydroshot which works pretty much exactly as it should. I don't use on the MTBs in winter at home, i only go with a hose, but over race and practice season when away, it gets used a LOT. I have 2 of the 25L drums with me which work as both weights for the gazebo and as containers for washing water.

It does have the soap bottle but I won't be using it. I'm gonna shorten the tube a bit, only need a couple of metres. If it blows the mud off, it'll do.

Further tests completed... It works, not the most powerful I'm sure but should do for job purposes, blowing mud away.
On initial prime I found i sometimes had to lower gun to bucket level, once primed it worked. I've shortened the tube but makes no difference, it's like the suction isn't quite there.
This short film production had the jet nozzle attached as the fan/ spray would have less force on contact. It did clean off the water butt, but thats about it. I'm thinking its probably ok for what I paid £16, I will see how it does on a muddy bike soon enough.
I'll give it 6 out of 10. Just, well maybe 5.

TBH for the price it looks acceptable. You can't compare it to a £125 product as it's 1/5th of the value.
