Definitely he will.

He'll serve two more terms, and then be forced to retire mid-term for health reasons a la Biden. 'Et tu, Brute?' and all that jazz. Poetic.
But by this point he'll have set up one of his dopey sons to segue into the hot seat, the start of a comical dynasty.

As our own Nostradamus isn't here, one of us should step up I feel.
The 22nd amendment limits him to two term in total. He'll serve for four years then it's somebody else's turn. Unless he can navigate all the steps necessary to repeal the 22nd amendment. That's even if he wants to.

Given the he will be POTUS and owns both houses and the Supreme Court a small matter like repealing the 22nd will be minor administrative task.

It takes 60% vote to get bills to pass etc. No Democrat is going to vote yes on anything he does.... Altho Fetterman said he would vote yes for Trumps choice of Speaker.
The biggest roadblock to progress is that cunt Schumer, & it's been that way for years.

You mean the same way it’s always been? As it was when Obama was in office, when Trump was in office and when Biden was (is) in office.

Trump's pre election promise and of course we don't know the edits, but its not the first time Putin has openly said he'll speak with Trump and he respects him. :fingerscrossed;

Local news was talking about him picking Kennedy for HHS. Made all sorts of claims about what he's said & what he stands for... then promptly aired a short speech by Kennedy where he debunked EVERYTHING they'd just said about him. Maybe next time they'll view the clip before airing it...

BBC reporting:

Trump picks RFK Jr as health secretary and calls him 'great mind'

Summary

Donald Trump praises his pick for health secretary, RFK Jr, as a "great mind" in his first speech since election night

Trump says the vaccine sceptic will "help make America healthy again" by protecting them from "harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, pharmaceutical products, and food additives"

That links to:

A look at what Kennedy's actually said about vaccines

Donald Trump's pick for health secretary has repeatedly made widely debunked claims about vaccines causing harm, although he has denied on several occasions that he is anti-vaccination.

One false claim he has repeated for many years is that there is a link between autism and vaccines - a claim that's been disproved in multiple reputable studies.

He's also the head of Children's Health Defense, a leading anti-vaccine group.

Despite this, he has refuted the idea that he is an anti-vaxxer, and just last week said he wouldn't "take away anybody's vaccines" in a health role under Trump.

Looks like he's trying a different sort of politics with different sorts of people. Maybe we could learn from this, we will see. 🤷‍♂️

:D RFK Jr is an idiot, why on earth would you pick a Health Secretary who has no appreciation of science, and even less of facts?

If this wasn't such a serious topic and one that will affect the UK, you might almost think that the Donald is basically taking the piss out of the Mercan people and the world with his ludicrous choices. That said, they're not in post yet.

Come on now, is anyone actually surprised at Donny's picks? All you have to do to get in his good books is agree with him

Look how quickly he's flipped on any previously trusted associate as soon as either they publicly disagree with him or get nicked for something.
