Just having a cheeky afternoon beer, right by the beach.
After the 3 days of insanity earlier this week, it's nice to have 3 days off before it all starts again Saturday

On the ferry at Cadiz, heading home to Lanzarote.
Well, sort of. For some unknown reason, the ferry is missing our island (as planned) and calling in at Puerto de Rosario on Fuerteventura. Doesn't normally stop on Fuerteventura
Then we wait a bit for ferry to take us to Playa Blanca. Then 40 mins ride home.
There's bigger problems in the world. Just wondering WTF caused this one

On the ferry from Fuerteventura to Lanzarote. It's a bloody huge catamaran but rocking and rolling like a rolly thing.
Never seen anything like it. Thought Cats were stable.
A few folk emptying their stomachs
I'm just hoping they tied the bikes down properly. I suppose they're used to it.

Just done a spin class with the choose to lose programme.....wot a lode of bollix...noisy "music", the leaders pa was inaudible....next person that suggests I do one of those will get a serious talking to. I honestly do not see much point in gyms.....I do plenty walking in my job and I know I drink too much....but spin class....yuk!!!!!

Turned off a lot of railway for engineering work but about 90 minutes later than planned as an engineering train was running about an hour late!

On a Shinkansen heading to Kyoto 5 days into our holiday.
What a lovely country and fantastic people. Just spent a night an a Ryokan (a bit overrated tbh)
The wife’s in her element because she loves fish but I’m already feeling the longing for a bacon buttie.

I so want to say it's sunny here - but it's not!! I turned down a lift to a beer festival as the forecast wasn't that bad. But it's drizzling - kinda have to go anyway
