looks stunning, where is that?
Between Chilton and Didcot. It's a little link road by a farm. You should get the MTB out and we'll give you an epic day out

Another 23km done today, that leaves me 105km to do tomorrow, not sure I can be arsed. but ill see.
beat my PB coming up the South side hill to Alexandra Palace though, was tough, its 600m up 6.4% incline (well that's what strava says)

Measly 9 miles but wasn’t feeling it and the trails were Teflon death after April showers. The Boy Blunder enjoyed it though.

Need 17 km tomorrow to hit 400 for the month. For MTB riding in the woods, I’m pleased with that. Plus it’s been great for my fitness levels and mental health.

yeah 400km off road is nuts, I am 40odd of the 800km challenge, but all road, heading to Windsor soon, so should get there.

Managed the 400km for April. Really pleased.

Was 123.8kg at the beginning of April. Down to 117.6 kg. Still a way to go but chuffed.

Just home and showered from today, did a Windsor run, 135km, my longest ride but over 4km, knackered now, some decent roads, I nicked the route off of some nutter I follow on starva,

first time going through great Windsor park, its stunning, completed the April 800km, did 896km, happy with that, Cant see me doing that again for good while though.

Mine was indoors today as i'm waiting for a replacement shock for the G-160

https://zwiftpower.com/events.php?zid=2050313

I went out hard and stayed with the As until 1/2 distance at 9.4km and lost the wheel, i was sitting at 176bpm and i can't maintain that.... my max is 183/4 and sitting for that long at 176 wipes me out. If i could have hung on another 2 mins i'd have got dropped when another guy (who was later a DQ) got binned and i could've sat on his wheel for the remainder... but i didn't know that and when the split came i hate to let it go. I was then losing 3s per 500m to the guys behind, which wasn't too bad, there were only 2 of them... but as they got to within 20s of me the group behind stuck on the wheel of 2 A riders and were reeling us in... Sadly their group had another 5 Cs in it. They caught me with 1.6km left and i hung on the group but had nothing left for the final 400m.

However we beat some high ranked guys and in terms of ranking points it was a superb finish.
