Shirley you cannot be serious... Engine oil & filter would need changing at a minimum at half that distance, and preferably sooner. 12k on most bikes is a major service, valve clearances, brake/clutch fluid change etc. etc.
My 10R had nothing but oil and filter,a bit of grease and fluids for 30k miles. When the valve clearances were checked for the first time at 34k they were still in spec. I'd say that's pretty trusting of you to do 34k miles without even checking valve clearances. I wouldn't run a bike, even a modern Jap one, for 34k without at least checking valve clearances at 12k intervals. Kaw's stop needing shims changing after about 50-60k miles.
