@weeksy thought I'd pop over from the 'other place' and keep up with how you guys are getting on and what your plans are.
Do you have a date on the bike yet?
My mate is waiting for his A150,and had the same update with his in bonding last week.

Yeah somewhere before/around the 20th Dec.

Ours is now off to be painted, then built....

If his was in bonding last week, i'd expect his by the end of next week i think.

Plans are all going really well mate thanks. Nothing really pressing etc that's getting in the way. Apart from the planning side of things, which at the moment is somewhat impossible. Simply don't know where/what/when we're racing next year. I've got lots of ideas, thoughts, plans, but things like WCs (or not) and A-level exams are making the planning a little tricky.

Another awesome day for the boy as he's now got another superb sponsor coming in (to be announced another day) but is another 'local' crew and will be brilliant for him :)

Quick bit of fettling on his Fuel yesterday as it was just raining alllllllll day... Didn't need to change any bearings but of course you don't know that until you've stripped it all down and checked them :)

No sir, he's been out of action for a few weeks due to some surgery (not riding related) he's not back on the bike until at least next weekend.

However in truth we wouldn't have done it anyway, the entries are too low in Juniors to make it worthwhile and if he was on the bike we'd have been away somewhere harder. Hopefully that doesn't sound arrogant as it's not meant to be, just how we see things at the moment. In the ideal world for me we'd have had his Atherton now and he'd have been there testing it and getting race time, but the coach (and him) have different ideas, i have to bow to their knowledge of what's right and wrong.

It would have been good to see how he stacked up against the 2 big boys there though for sure.

I was over there with @crust and a couple of our mates were doing their 2nd ever race, so we went over as moral support and guidance on the Sat to ease them into the racing paddock etc.... But we didn't make it for Sunday.

Another pile of stuff from DMR arrived.

He loves the Deathgrip2s and would honestly run them even if he wasn't sponsored by them. This pile are destined for the new build :)

Nice - they are great grips, Daughter has the slim flangless ones and loves them.

You got an ETA on the new frame yet?
My mate's A150 is ready for him to collect.

Rotec have got some of the wheels done, waiting for some Schwalbe radials for testing which are not due till Jan. But these will do us for the next couple of weeks.

All Hope Pro5s. Need to get some hardware installed on them like cassette and rotors etc.
