It’s a twist grip gearchange. The clutch lever swivels up and down on the handlebar, with the twist grip.

It's fuckin' ugly, but this Supermoto thing, appears to have the engine out of a Bimota V-Due in it.

There appears to be a crank minus pedals with the chain looping round it, just in front of the rear wheel.
