There was a certain inevitability in the way that Enea closed down both Bagnaia and Martin as the race wore on. If he can continue to qualify on the 1st or 2nd row of the grid, then the championship could become a 3 way battle.

Seeing him next to 'the Weasleys' made me realise how diminutive he is...

Enea does seem to have some of his old confidence back - It'll be interesting to see how he gets on in the second half of the season.

As for Jake - Really happy for him - what a fighter.

Full marks to Enea for the Mike Hailwood tribute helmet, as well. Still think Ducati missed a trick in not painting their Factory GP24s in Hailwood replica colours.

The Beast is back. Lets hope he stays injury free so we see what he can do. It's a shame those lingering ailments have ruined his factory ride up until now. Things could have been so different.

Anyone else watch the Acosta interview on TNT before the main race? Really good and as usual he comes across really well, just a bike racing nut. You can tell he craves a more party/down to earth race series than what it's become

I saw bits of it. Hope it's available to watch separately.

Moto3 was frantic brilliance the whole race.

Good to see Dixon get a win for his home round. There always seems a terrible inevitability for British riders in Grand Prix racing, they only get half a chance at best, then it's 'off you fuck boyo'. I hope it works out better for Jake.
