My watch is a Fitbit Versa 4. The app blurb says it only records O2 while I'm asleep, averaged over 3 hours. Also that sleeping O2 is lower than daytime.

Re accuracy, the watch threw an attack of the ab dads a couple of weeks ago.

Speaking of measuring stuff and trends, my bathroom scales measure weight, fat content, water content and calculate BMI. Only really measured them once (when I got them) but, prompted by this thread I did them again. I'm 'healthier' than when I got them. :D (Pretty much middle of 'normal' ranges but slightly low on moisture but I did do it v first thing in the morning).
Doubt is not a pleasant condition.
But certainty is an absurd one
