I don't know, I didn't look too far into it to get to T&Cs, it's a venture I won't be following up on.
But you'd have to assume that no one is going to throw a few million into anything that has inconvenient or prohibitive terms. Hence why I asked the question, someone is obviously entering into these types of things, they seem to be selling, so it can't be too bad.
Maybe it's foreign investors, passports for sale, that type of stuff, the UK will happily sell you a passport if you dump enough money into the pot.
