No shops had them.
So had to buy another guard with adapter kit.

Somewhere 'round here I've a little doodad I kept from Mercedes GP just to prove how daft F1 is sometimes. It puts extra requirement on the root like a whitworth. So presumably better for strength and fatigue and so on

Back in the day I would go down to my local ironmonger and tell him what I want and he would either produce one from the dusty recesses of he shop, or at least tell me what to search for elsewhere. Unfortunately ironmongers are no more.
