I'd say you're wrong there. This doesn't have much different of a profile to the original Africa Twin. Anyway it's only form following function: if you want big wheels, a big engine, and lots of ground clearance but you still want people under 6'4" to buy it, the seat needs to dip at the front.

What's wrong with the rear seat? Looks decent sized, has a big hand rail, footpeg and seat distance looks pretty spacious?
