It's one of my only bits that isn't on the squint yet, so yes you're welcome to it.

Ironically, getting off the sofa gives me tunnel vision but spaffing away 10% of my blood is fine and never causes a problem
I used to give blood all the time but (a) they won't take filthy british blood over here (and I don't go over to the UK so much any more) (b) the list of meds I am obliged to declare when they process me is getting more and more embarassing.

I thought this thread was going to be about old (well, young, seeing as I've left those 'ties behind) blokes on 2-stroke bikes.
My former business partner's family had never knowingly had any males make it past their 60th birthday without dying of a heart attack.
I'd been working with him since he was 40 and he was very particular about his diet, had a swimming pool and gym that he used for a workout every day and yet in his 60th year had a heart attack...and, thankfully, survived. He's 64 now.

I do think that some folks genetics just mean it's going to happen to them.
And then you get the ones whose lifestyles and diets are just asking for it.

I'm starting to up the exercise and middle son is trying to get me to use a food tracking app for my diet, but I am concerned about all the stories of men my age trying to get back in shape and finding themselves on a slab soon after.
